Lisa is a Nutritional Therapist & Pilates instructor who has over 15 years experience supporting people to achieve their health and well-being goals.

Nutritional therapy recognises that you are an individual and through the functional medicine model supports you to improve your health by supporting the major systems of the body (skeletal, muscular, nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, excretory, endocrine, immune, reproductive and integumentary [skin, hair, nails]). Typical priorities in nutritional therapy consultations include support to achieve optimum energy levels, healthy blood sugar balance, emotional and psychological wellbeing, optimum gastrointestinal health and tolerance to a broad range of food groups.

In order to support people to achieve optimal health Lisa can offer advice on supplementation and functional tests such as food intolerance testing, nutrient profiles and microbial profiles.

Lisa also offers 1-2-1 and group Pilates sessions; Pilates is a whole body approach to exercise supporting improved core function, strength, flexibility & posture as well as body awareness.
