James Brereton | Director

Work with James

James has been a personal trainer for over 12 years and qualified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

The tools he uses to get you guaranteed long terms results are functional exercise, cutting edge nutritional advice and an in depth assessment of how your body is functioning.

His expertise cover long term weight loss & fat loss, body transformation, improving performance, and strength & conditioning. He takes personal responsibility for each of his client’s goals and provides motivation by the bucket load, support outside of session time and importantly a sense of humour – who said fitness had to be boring?!

When not working on achieving results for his clients, James can be found playing sport, in the kitchen rustling up some awesome food, as well as enjoying the great outdoors & chilling with friends & family.
