HOME PERSONAL TRAINING

Let’s break down how we work with you remotely.

→ Free Consultation – We can run your free consultation over the phone or via video call. We’ll chat through what results you’re looking for, current lifestyle habits etc. This will give your trainer a good understanding of what you’re looking for.

→ Video call 1-1 personal training sessions inline with your goals we’ll work through a range of workouts and train you via a video call through FaceTime or Zoom for example. Your programs will be changed throughout your time with us to maximise your results and keep things fresh and motivational. Your video personal training sessions are just like training with us in our gym, we work with you on technique and ensure you feel comfortable during the sessions and ultimately get awesome results.

→ Nutrition – at Optimum3 we’re big on nutrition and getting you looking, feeling and performing better. We don’t compromise on health when achieving awesome results, so we pay close attention to the nutritional side of things for health and optimum results. No crazily low calorie count, no going hungry, no short term fixes that won’t last. Just an honest approach to long term sustainable & life changing results, designed around you and your lifestyle.

→ Personal Trainer Support – you’ll receive support from your designated personal trainer 7 days a week. We’re there for you every step of the way. Unsure of an exercise or if you’re doing it correctly? Need some meal ideas? We’re there. Just want to check in with us that you’re on track with food? Simply send us a photo of your meal.

→ Results! – our results are proven with hundreds of clients over the years. Simply, you follow what we ask you to with your exercise and nutrition and you’ll see the results.

OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING

Let’s break down how we work with you outdoors. These sessions will run until we can reopen our indoor facility.

→ Free Consultation – We can run your free consultation over the phone or via video call. We’ll chat through what results you’re looking for, current lifestyle habits etc. This will give your trainer a good understanding of what you’re looking for.

→ Outdoor 1-1 personal training sessions inline with your goals we’ll work through a range of workouts and train you in an outdoor space such as your local park. Your programs will be changed throughout your time with us to maximise your results and keep things fresh and motivational. Our outdoor personal training sessions will be carried out following the government’s Covid19 guidelines of 2m social distancing, any equipment we provide will be thoroughly cleaned after each use, hand gel will be provided for you and you will be the only person in your session.

→ Nutrition – at Optimum3 we’re big on nutrition and getting you looking, feeling and performing better.
